Under the patronage of HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Administrative Control and Transparency Authority (ACTA) launched the National Strategy to Promote Integrity, Transparency and Corruption Prevention 2025–2030.

The strategy aligns with Qatar National Vision 2030 and the Third National Development Strategy, representing a key national milestone in advancing integrity, embedding transparency, and preventing corruption. It contributes to achieving sustainable development and strengthening the nation’s regional and international standing.

In his remarks during the launch ceremony, HE Hamad bin Nasser Al Misnad, President of ACTA, stated:
“The launch of this strategy marks a strategic and forward-looking step in reinforcing efficiency and accountability across all sectors. It builds on the State’s ongoing efforts to enhance institutional performance and aligns fully with the Third National Development Strategy, particularly the pillar on outstanding government institutions, which emphasises the importance of improving public sector efficiency, ensuring service quality, and building institutions capable of responding effectively to sustainable development challenges.”

His Excellency added that the strategy supports this pillar by promoting transparency and accountability, linking institutional performance to integrity and compliance standards, and fostering a culture of corruption prevention as a cornerstone of government excellence. These measures aim to build an effective administrative apparatus that contributes to the national economy and serves society with efficiency and transparency.

The strategy encompasses four key pillars covering the public sector, private sector, legislative framework and society. It seeks to deliver measurable and practical outcomes that improve the quality of public services, enhance institutional performance, and strengthen local and international confidence in Qatar’s business and investment environment.

The new strategy reaffirms Qatar’s commitment to continuing institutional development, embedding the principles of good governance across all sectors, and nurturing a culture of integrity and accountability. It establishes a transparent and efficient work system that builds trust between institutions and society, enhances national economic competitiveness, and consolidates the country’s position as a regional and global leader in good governance and sustainable development.
